Athena Project Presents Artists' Night Out

Meet other local women* artists, but instead of TELLING us what kind of artist you are… SHOW us! Spoken word artists, storytellers, poets, playwrights, and authors join us for Artists’ Night Out - Tattered Cover Special Edition! Bring your projects and you’ll have 1-2 minutes to highlight your work among community supporters and future collaborators. Get feedback, create community, ask a question, share an answer. As part of our mission to empower women through the arts, these Artists’ Night Out events create a forum to bring women artists into leadership roles, move projects to the next level, and connect with peers.

Tattered Cover will curate a special selection of books, note cards, journals and other artist focused materials especially for this evening. They will offer 10% off all purchases for participants during the evening! We will also have light refreshments available for purchase and wine available by donation.

Performers are given time slots on a first come basis; arrive early to get on the list.
