Learn your way around building your own stretcher for canvas in this 3 hr workshop. We’ll be taking one approach to building a stable and reliable stretcher, but others will be covered as we measure, cut and build our own from scratch. Safety and correct handling of wood shop equipment will be a necessary component of the workshop, building confidence and experience for personal application moving forward. No need for canvas or gesso, as this will be focused solely on the building of a stretcher.
