Online Art for healing (Private Class) (06-10-2020 starts at 1:00 PM)

Making art helps us be present and express feelings beyond words. It provide enjoyment, recreation, and relaxation. This workshop will guide you through lines, shapes, and colors with an intention to show that life is about realizing possibilities.
We will explore and draw inspiration from the pieces at SF MoMa. As we walk through the exhibitions, I will encourage you to think about what the pieces mean to you and to take note of any that speak to you. We will learn about the creative process of the abstract expressionism paintings.
After the art tour, we will gather together, either in Yerba Buena Garden or Park Central Hotel. There you will paint your own canvas with my guidance and then, bring home your masterpiece.
In this guided workshops, you will be led through the process of painting abstract art. All materials will be provided, you only need to bring your creative self and an open mind. Expect to learn something new, gain self-knowledge, and bring home your own masterpiece.
