Google, recently published findings from Project Oxygen – an analysis of 10,000 managers identifying 8 habits of highly effective managers. Individually, the habits are what you’d expect – they have a growth mindset; they play the role of a coach. Plenty of companies out there are hiring/promoting on these traits, but still come up short.

I’m organizing this meetaway (online speed networking style event) to bring together managers and executives who think deeply about building and growing the effective teams. Thus, this is an opportunity for you to share and hear how people at other companies approach hiring and cultivating great managers in particular.
