Archaeology Day

Do you want to learn more about Ohio's prehistoric artifacts, rocks, and fossils? Do you have an artifact or fossil you'd like to show to archaeologists and learn more about its history? 
In conjunction with the Mound City Chapter of the Archaeological Society of Ohio, and Hopewell Culture National Park, we're hosting our third annual Archaeology Day at the Ross County Historical Society! 
Join us on April 21 from 10AM to 2PM to check out more than 20 exhibits of locally and regionally-found prehistoric artifacts, geo-facts, fossils, minerals, rocks, and geodes, and 2D/3D scannings of more than 40 artifacts!
The event will take place at The Ross County Historical Society at 45 W. 5th St., Chillicothe, OH 45601.
