This will be a summit unlike any other summit as the YOU ARE APPROVED! summit will be a hands on event where potential buyers and real estate investors will be matched with a lender to receive an ON THE SPOT APPROVAL! Enough with the talking it’s time to get down to business and buy that property of your dreams! 

Attendees MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT AND BRING REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

Once you are successfully approved, you will be assigned to Realtor Yolanda J as a client and setup on your new property search so that you can begin scheduling the viewing of the homes of your dreams!  You will be asked to complete a buyer's representation agreement that will allow you to work with Yolanda Jeffries as your designated Realtor.

Documentation Required:

1. Last (2) months of check stubs

2. 2018, 2019 tax return filed (2017 if 2019 is pending)

3. 2018 and 2019 W2's or 1099's or Profit and Loss statement if self-employed

4. Two most recent bank statements

5. Drivers License / State ID

Brunch food and drinks will be provided.
