Anthem Strategy Map Experience

This session includes facilitated dialogue that will create alignment, excitement and engagement.

Associates will have a clear vision for the organization, where we are going and why, and how we plan to get there which are key principles to our culture shaping strategy and future success. We will engage associates using an interactive experience to learn about how Anthem will thrive in today’s dynamic and evolving healthcare industry. The focus of this methodology is an illustration or visual (a “strategy map”) that tells a story, with specific objectives that each map is designed to address.
