VIRTUAL HAPPY HOUR: NOT YOUR MOTHER'S CHARDONNAY

For some the word CHARDONNAY IS A COMFORT, for others it can be met with the ABC response (Anything But CHARDONNAY). But the CHARDONNAY GRAPE IS VERY DIVERSE AND INTERESTING, and we hope we can stretch some of you to try some fantastic versions of this old classic.In addition to your flight of Chardonnay, we will be enjoying a perfectly paired trio of cheeses from around the world. We can't wait to share this fun night with you! Your ticket provides you with 3 bottles of wine and a platter of 3 cheeses (+ crackers, bread and some fun sides!) which we will enjoy together...on a screen! At 7:30 pm that evening, join us for a Zoom meeting with the link we will provide to join. Our meeting will be guided by Aperitivo staff providing some history and background to the products we are tasting while sharing with you why these products are so special to us. We can't wait to spend the evening with you! We would always rather eat and drink with friends! $80 + tax/tip gets you a tasting package (3 bottles of wine & 3 cheese plate) and entrance to the meeting...  There's no extra fee for enjoying your class product & knowledge with people in your home. :) Order additional cheese rations with your ticket purchase! You must be home to accept your contactless but visual drop! ...OR ARRANGE TO PICK UP PRODUCT ON THE DAY OF THE TASTING! all orders will be ready for pickup after 3:00 pm on the day of our tasting. Please let us know at time of registration if you have any food allergies or concerns so that we can address them ahead of time. We cannot accept "walk-ins" (or call-ins) at the time of the event. If we should need to cancel our tasting, we will reach out to you as an attendee to offer a rescheduled class.
