descending on the Queen City for it's 79th Middle Eastern Province
Council. After handling business all weekend, The Kappas will be ready
to kick back and close out the weekend by taking a VICTORY LAP white
taking in a beautiful rooftop view of the Queen City's skyline at
Skyline Terrace, Saturday, April 4th, 2020 from 10pm - 2am.
