SESSION 3: Sundays, April 5-May 17 *no class on Easter Sunday, April
12 Join Jen Zanotti and learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu;
sport and self-defense. Jiu-jitsu is amazing for fitness, sport,
self-confidence, weight-loss, stress-relief, self-defense and fun!
Jiu-jitsu helps you feel empowered in positions that are typically
more vulnerable. Participants should wear short or long-sleeved tee
shirt or fitted workout top and workout pants. Please bring a yoga
mat! Jennifer Zanotti’s mission is to empower, inspire and motivate
others to live their happiest, healthiest lives possible! As a
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu athlete, competitor and instructor, she is able to
help women feel their strongest and safest! Jiu-jitsu is amazing for
fitness, sport, self-confidence, weight-loss, stress-relief,
self-defense and fun! Jiu-jitsu helps you feel empowered in positions
that are typically more vulnerable, especially for women! In this
class we will focus on awareness and techniques to help you feel your
strongest! About Jen Z: Gorton Community Center will take and may use
photos and videos from this event for its promotional purposes. Your
attendance indicates your consent to the above. Class Refund and
Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be given up to one week prior
to the first week of class of any session. (The refund period for some
classes, which require advanced reservations or purchase of materials,
may be more limited.) Cancellations will incur a $5 handling fee for
programs costing under $100 and a 10% handling fee for programs with
fees of $100 or more. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient
enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given. If
this class does not meet the minimum participation requirement, you
will be notified of the cancellation within one week of the start
date.
