This GROUP IS FOR ANYONE INTERESTED IN THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF
SOMATIC MEDITATION IN THE TIBETAN BUDDHIST LINEAGE TAUGHT BY REGGIE
RAY AND CHOGYAM TRUNGPA RINPOCHE.A typical 1.5 - 2 hour group session
might look like this:
1. Brief check-in (5 mins)
2. Recorded Dharma Talk (45 mins)
3. Recorded Guided Meditation (30-45 mins)
4. Silent Practice (10-15 mins)
4. Sharing experience (20 mins)
5. Socialize
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
The studio has MEDITATION CUSHIONS, folding chairs, and yoga mats
available for your use, however you may bring your own. You do not
have to sit on the floor to meditate, chairs are available. You will
be asked to remove your shoes upon arrival. Wear comfortable
appropriate clothing as some PRACTICES ARE DONE LYING DOWN. Please try
to arrive at 5:55 so we may begin at 6:00. Don't worry if you don't
