This is a 90min Kundalini Yoga session. We will focus on releasing
fear, returning to center and anchoring into our resilience. At this
sensitive time our inner balance and care for each other is ever
important. Kundalini yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. This
practice will cultivate your connection to soul and support the
balancing of your mind and body. Kristi’s graceful teaching style
will guide you through Kundalini yoga kriyas which include a well
balanced flow of somatic movement, postures, breathing exercises,
meditation and chanting. This yoga awakens consciousness and increases
energy flow so we can feel more tuned to our truth and embodied in our
wholeness. Kristi will share her live devotional music for the closing
of this offering. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga
