Forward Functional Fitness Grand Opening

Forward Functional Fitness grand opening is going to get the community together to honor those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. We will be running the annual Coast Guard Aviation Workout to Remember. Of all the workouts I do, this one means the most to me. In 2012, I lost a good friend in a helicopter crash and this workout was created to honor their crew. The 2020 Coast Guard Aviation Workout to remember will be the grand opening for Forward Functional Fitness. On this workout, and every single workout after, we will honor, respect, and remember those that have given the ultimate sacrifice. Please join us. The workout is completely free and open to everyone. There are scaling and team options for people of every fitness level. All you need to do is fill out a waiver.
