This WORKSHOP AND ACCOMPANYING TASTING PANEL FOCUSES ON 8
NOT-so-famous varietals and blends within well-known regions of
France. Students will taste their way through various regions as they
learn about geography, history and practices within each of these
designated areas. A copy of Andrew Cullens Decoding FRENCH WINE IS
INCLUDED WITH THIS WORKSHOP.

What COVID precautions are you taking?
Until further notice, a maximum of 10 student registrations will be
allowed per program and workshop. Student desks will be spaced
according to social distancing recommendations. Surfaces will be
disinfected prior to each program and workshop. **Please note, program
dates are subject to change depending on governmental mandates and
regulations.
Do you have special accommodations for students?
Classes are conducted in handicap accessible facilities. If you have
special needs please contact US at info@spiritsomm.com to make special
arrangements.
Do I need a designated driver after class?
Wine provided is educational material and not for consumption. Though
curriculums involve tasting alcoholic beverages, spitting is a must.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations are allowed 48 hours prior to the program date with full
refunds issued, minus the cost of class materials received.
What is your admissions policy?
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age in order to participate in
the educational tastings portion of programs and WORKSHOPS. If you are
under age 21 and wish to enroll in a WSET program, please e-mail
info@spiritsomm.com for further information prior to registering for a
program.
