New or advanced.... YOUR PERFECT!!! This is YOUR hour to decompress, learn the beautiful art of meditation from Chopra Certified Instructor Dr. Angie Cross, DC. She will guide you through the process, allow YOU to find your space and comfort in the process. This is a safe environment to come learn, join in if experienced, or share your knowledge with our loving community if you are a seasoned veteran at meditation. There will be guiding, and also some quiet meditation. Please bring a yoga mat, your meditation pillow or what ever you may want to feel most comfortable. We will have some blankets, yoga mats, and chairs to use. She may also use singing bowls too. Please silence your cell phone prior to coming :-) This is your time to unplug and recharge.
