For families living with autism, air travel is often an extremely difficult or impossible option. The entire experience, from the size of the airport, number of people, security protocols, noise, smells, and visual stimulation can easily over stimulate a person with autism.

Autism Alliance of Michigan and Delta Airlines are collaborating together to offer a FREE airport simulation opportunity for families with autism!

Join us at the Detroit Metro Airport on April 13th, 2019 for an opportunity to go through the preparation of the on/off boarding experience, practice going through the security check, the jet bridge, and visit the airport terminal. We will have AAoM staff attending for assistance.

Tickets are first come, first serve. We ask that you limit your party to 2 adults and the child/adult with autism.
