Process Owners: To Achieve Process Success PRESENTER: David Ball DESCRIPTION: Have you ever wondered why processes continue to degrade in performance? Or why sustainment of process improvements is so hard? There is a problem with most processes within organizations whether its in manufacturing, healthcare, or any other business type where processes aren't properly designed, maintained, and improved over time. At the core, we know that processes will continue to digress/degrade in performance overtime if there is no process plan/strategy. This session will discuss what is a process to ensure that key core processes used by organizations are properly designed, maintained, and improved. This is key for quality professionals to understand and advocate for in your organizations to ensure on-time delivery of good quality output. PRESENTER BIO: David Ball is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 30 years of quality and continuous improvement experience in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. David is an active supporter of ASQ Raleigh and a frequent speaker at ASQ meetings. He is currently Senior Director, Clinical Quality Management at IQVIA and holds CMQOE, CSSBB, and CQT certifications.
