R & L Pronunciation (Free Workshop)

Find us in the Community Room, in the hallway next to Old Navy.

R & L sounds are very common in English, especially in American English. So if you have trouble with one or both of these sounds, you'll learn to pronounce them, including variations like the ER sound and the Dark L. We'll also work on common words that include both of these sounds like girl, world, early, rural, literally, spectacular and many others.

Bring a list of your personally difficult words with R and L sounds to get help pronouncing them.

This event is appropriate for non-native English speakers 18 and older. It is not suitable for children.
