In this free two hour workshop, you will learn to identify these two very different internal 'voices' and tune into the specific messages that your wise, loving internal leader has for you. What does your Higher Self want for you? How is this part of you leading you, guiding your decisions now, and what will you do differently going forward?

Let go of the 'Shoulds' and align with your WHY. This workshop is great for anyone looking to make a change towards better self care, starting a new business or creative endeavor, and deepening relationships with yourself and others.

Through guided visualization, powerful questions and embodiment practices, Melissa will guide you through an encounter with your Higher Self. Each participant will be given a free private half hour session, to be scheduled at a later date.

BIO: Melissa Eppard is a personal Life Coach who empowers Closet Creatives. Her clients are often overworked and stressed out. They need help getting organized, setting priorities and striking a work/life balance so their best ideas have room to flourish. Through a few coaching sessions, people are able to align with their creative vision, and feel empowered to actualize their goals.

Melissa lives and coaches in the Hudson Valley, at Omega Institute, Woodstock Healing Arts and in her own private practice.
