Ales & Asanas - Yoga at LauderAle Brewery June 16

One hour all levels yoga class at LauderAle Brewery. Flow through salutations, twists, shoulder openers, and the last portion of the class will inquest your mental and physical balance as we challenge you to incorporate a LauderAle signature brew into a few poses before final relaxation. Feel free to stick around for the afternoon and you'll receive a discount on your tab. Bottomless mimosas or bloody marys are also available if beer is not your thing.

Space is limited, booking in advance is suggested. Please bring a mat, towel and water. Class is held before operating hours to ensure a private environment. 
Cost includes one signature ale.   $10(plus cc fee) in advance online, $15 day of
