ALB Lady Project: Zumba Class for Members

Lady Project members, come join us as at MOVE Fitness by Lenny for a Zumba class.  Lady Project members will pay the discounted rate of $6 (CASH ONLY) at the door. Also Lady Project members will receive these discounts on future classes at MOVE Fitness: $20 off a group fitness/dance 10 session package OR $10 off a group fitness/dance 5 session package. One time use only. You can bring the event email to receive the discount anytime.

The Lady Project is a non profit membership organization that connects, inspires and showcases awesome women doing amazing things through events, membership and community engagement. Started in 2012 in Providence as a way to create an “Old Boy’s Club” for fabulous women to meet and mingle with other like-minded ladies. We will be hosting monthly events where women can connect, get inspired and learn about what other awesome women are doing in the Capital Region.

At Movefitness people put aside whatever else is happening in their lives and lose themselves in one of Lenny's Zumba classes. They shout, they laugh, sweat and leave feeling extraordinarily  happy then come back to do it again. With Lenny's workout you're not just exercising, you're joining something bigger than yourself. You'll become part of a community, make new friends and gain the energy of the group as one of our certified instructors guides you through a motivating workout.
