Designed by the world's leading expert in Agile marketing, this interactive, top-rated workshop provides everything you need to start down the path to real marketing agility. AgileSherpas has trained over 1,500 marketers on how to translate Agile principles and practices for a marketing environment, so this course offers real-world insight into what does and doesn't work for Agile marketing.

agile marketing frameworks

Our annual State of Agile Marketing Research reveals that most Agile marketing teams are using hybrid frameworks, so this course provides solid grounding in multiple traditions. We cover Kanban and Lean as well as Scrum, Scrumban, and Theory of Constraints. At the end of two days you'll not only leave with an ICAgile certification, you'll have a tailor-made Agile marketing model designed to handle the challenges and complexities of modern marketing work.

The World's First Agile Marketing Certification

All attendees who meet certification requirements will become Certified Professionals in Agile Marketing through ICAgile, the international certification and accreditation body.

AgileSherpas' co-founder Andrea Fryrear was one of the co-authors of the ICAgile curriculum, and we were the first organization to be accredited to deliver this course. We've since certified hundreds of marketers at dozens of organizations through both our public workshops and private trainings.

Why Train With AgileSherpas

In addition to co-authoring the ICAgile curriculum, our Sherpas have worked with more Agile marketers than other training team in the world. From highly regulated industries like pharma and finance to tricky specialties like in-house creative teams to external marketing agencies, we’ve seen it all.

This course includes insights from our on-the-ground experience with Agile marketing teams, along with best practices we’ve gathered during years of coaching and training.

Our workshop consistently receives outstanding feedback; public courses regularly receiving course NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 90+ and an instructor NPS of 100.

Here’s what some of our past attendees have to say:

“The best training I’ve had in years. I’ll be sending more of my team to the next one!”

“Great job. I've been to a few internal Agile training sessions and you provided the best clarity on the framework and how to execute it.”

“I found the presentation helpful and engaging. The exercises used were fun and really illustrated the point thoroughly. I found I could retain a lot more information than I usually do at conferences. [The instructor] was available and approachable, so I felt at ease to ask questions.”

“The course content was excellent. Concepts were illustrated well through hands-on exercises. I'm excited to go and practice what we learned.”

Who should attend this workshop?

You can attend individually or as small teams. We've designed this workshop to serve:

  • Stressed out marketers looking for ways to get more done in less time
  • Marketing teams who want a better way to connect with their audiences and customers
  • Agile skeptics who aren't sure these practices work in marketing
  • Marketing agencies looking to deliver more value to their clients
  • Any marketing professional who's ever thought, "There's got to be a better way to do this."

Please note, this course is not designed for senior executives, nor is it intended to be a customized kickoff for teams ready to start using Agile marketing. We offer both these options as private onsite engagements -- simply drop us a quick note here if that's what you're after.
