After registering, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. This confirmation email will contain a small amount of pre-work for you to complete prior to the workshop. Several days before the class, you'll receive another detailed email from us with logistical details that you will need to know prior to arrival.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Life happens; we get it! If you cannot attend a workshop that you've registered for, we will refund or transfer you to another course for no additional charge up to 10 days before the workshop start date. With less than 10 days notice, there will be a $200 processing fee for each ticket that is refunded or transferred. We both acknowledge it is difficult to measure the added effort for processing a refund or transfer shortly before a workshop but that this processing fee is a reasonable estimate.
