Agile Facilitation and Coaching Intensive March 2020

This course provides agile leaders, coaches and scrum masters with the necessary mindset and skills to effectively facilitate and coach others toward higher performance and have greater adaptive capacity and collaboration within their teams.

Facilitation: this is a cornerstone skill for successfully leading agile teams. As much of the work in agile teams involves collaboration in nearly all decisions, the ability to facilitate discussion is paramount to success.

Coaching:  There is an equal emphasis placed on learning the skills of coaching and mentoring individuals and then taking those skills to the next level of coaching teams. We will focus on coaching the journey to high performance (task) AND understanding team development (relationships), on inspiring commitment that produces repeatable and sustainable results.

Key outcomes of this deep dive intensive course include:

• Understand the beliefs and assumptions underneath the facilitation and coaching mindset.

• Achieve faster and more creative decisions by facilitating team processes.

• Make collaborative conversations easier, flow better and take less time.

• Listen fully and ask essential, powerful questions that propel people into action.

• Uncover and effectively work with team conflict, resistance and dysfunction.

• Coach and mentor people through the change required to occupy Agile roles fully.

• Coach the journey to team high performance.

• Give and receive feedback in a way that grows yourself and others.

• Nurture and mentor staff to mastery of their skill or craft.

The course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile):

• ICAgile Team Facilitation Certification (ICP-ATF)

• ICAgile Agile Coaching Certification (ICP-ACC)
  

This course also qualifies for 35 PDU’s under Leadership with the Project Management Institute.

What's the refund policy?

Substitutions
We understand that schedules change. You may transfer your registration to a colleague or friend at any time prior to the start of class free of charge.

Cancellation and Transfers
You may cancel your registration or request a transfer to a different course up until 30 calendar days before the class start date to receive a full refund. Please email info@teamcatapult.com to make this request in writing. For transfers, your paid tuition will be available for one year to be used as a credit towards another course.

If a cancellation request is made less than 30 calendar days prior to the class start date, no refunds will be issued.
Transfers are not allowed less than 30 days before the class start date.
Failure to attend the course without notification will result in forfeiture of the full course price.
If TeamCatapult is forced to cancel a course for any reason, a full refund of all registration fees will be given.
