The instructor led social-distance class involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic African music which makes it feel like a dance party rather than a workout. The classes move between high and low-intensity dance/workout moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.
This engaged workout draws on inclusion, participation, encouragement, and energy, so bring your best self and a friend to dance for charity, as 100% of proceeds will benefit the children of the Amanfro School District in Accra, Ghana.
