Taught by Bryant Lee, Afro Street Grooves is a mixture of Street Dance and West African Dance all infused into one 60-minute class! Afro Street Grooves moves from beginning to end using Afrobeat, House, and Baltimore club music to elevate dancers’ spirits and bodies on the dance floor. A complete warm up starts the class, followed by learning some seriously fun social dances and exciting dance moves. It’s a guaranteed sweat session, promoting a fun and healthy lifestyle in an accepting and pro-expression environment in this open class!
