Participants will learn new strategies for addressing the complex mental health needs of LGBTQ+ youth through case discussions and practice-based workshops rooted in intersectionality and cultural humility. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of strengths-based approaches that bolster resilience among LGBTQ+ youth through inclusive and affirming care provision.

DAY ONE: Guiding Frameworks and Approaches, Understanding LGBTQ+ Youth Clients' History, Case Conceptualization with LGBTQ+ Youth Clients

DAY TWO: Specific Considerations for Transgender and Non-Binary Clients, Treatment Planning with LGBTQ+ Youth (Crisis, Short-term, Long-term)
