This Free, Weekly Aerobics class consists of low and high impact exercises that will tone the body by using rhythmic movements, resistance training, and stretching. This class is great for building a strong fitness foundation. All fitness levels welcomed. Please arrive 15 minutes early to the center for a one-time pre-class sig in.”
