Aerial Yin Yoga, Meditation and Acupuncture

In this class, students will begin by enjoying soothing and relaxing yin yoga poses, using the aid of the silk to deepen your relaxation, followed by a guided meditation and a deep, extended savasana including acupuncture treatment that will focus on cultivating awareness, relieving stress and bringing your body, mind and spirit into balance. 
Acupuncture and yoga will work synergistically to improve mobility, regulate the flow of energy and blood throughout the body, relax the central nervous system and boost immunity.
