In this class teen students of all levels will build strength and flexibility as they learn climbs, poses, and drops on aerial fabric, rope, and trapeze. Skill level appropriate progressions will be used for all tricks and sequences. No prior experience required, but please know that some students in class may have more experience and be sure to not judge yourself (or your teen) by others participating in class - your teacher sure won't! All skill levels and genders welcome!

Arrive 15 minutes early, in order to find parking and sign-in. Students will not be admitted 10 minutes after the start time of class. Students who have reserved ahead of time may have their spot given away to someone on the wait list if they do not arrive 5 minutes BEFORE the start time of class.

Wear comfortable clothing free from zippers & velcro, no jewelry. Bring a water bottle.
