Yogalates is a practice that blends elementes of Pilates with the traditional yoga form. Both techniques combine to help improve mind-body awareness, stamina, and posture. In the advanced level class, participants continue to master previously learned movements while further expanding their range of skill.
Sessions are 6 or 7 Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Each session is limited to 11 participants.
Session 1: January 8, 15, 22, 29; February 5, 19, 26 (except February 12)
Session 2: March 4, 11, 18, 25; April 15, 22 (except April 1, 8)
Session 3: April 29; May 6, 13, 20, 27; June 3
Session 4: June 10, 17, 24; July 8, 15, 22 (except July 1)
Prerequisite: Ability to get up and down from floor without assistance.
Please Note:
We do not offer make-up classes. If you register for a multi-class session and are unable to attend all classes, no make-up classes will be offered.
A handling fee of $25 is deducted for all cancellations. A refund or credit is available if you cancel up to one week before the program begins. No refunds will be given if you do not attend an event without giving prior notice. If you start a multi-session class and decide not to continue, no credit or refund will be given.
