Advanced Dragon Boat Practices Want to tale dragon boat practice to the next level? Sign up for an advanced training session! We practice race starts, finishes, and pieces to get you ready for race day PLEASE RSVP for this practice so we know you're coming, and can keep you updated.  14 people must be registered 24 hours prior, or the practice will be cancelled.  ❋ We will practice Rain or Shine, unless there is SEVERE weather. If practice is canceled we will notify paddlers as quickly as possible via email, text, facebook, and update greating on our information line. Please call information line to be sure practice is being held. We may not answer the call, but the voicemail greating will be updated if practice has been canceled: 502-354-3749  PARKING: There is free parking (outside of special events) in front of Doc's Cantina Restaurant (this is where we meet).Dragon Boat is located on docks next to LMPD River Patrol Station: 1229 River Rd, Louisville, KY 40206.  There is parking on River Rd, and a paid parking lot across the street. Otherwise you can park at the Community Boat House and walk down the sidewalk along the river to the red and yellow building (Doc's Cantina). Community Boat House address: 1325 River Rd, 40206.  *If they are ever trying to charge for parking at the boat house, tell them you are with dragon boat and do not have to pay. They can contact us with any problems: 502-354-3749   ❋ REMINDERS FOR PRACTICE: • Wear clothes & shoes you do not mind getting wet!  • Quick dry materials and water shoes are recommended, but not required. Wear what's comfortable for you.   • Equipment is provided, but if you'd like to bring your own life jacket that is fine.  • PLEASE BRING WATER!
