A blend of gentle + strengthening yoga postures, breath work, and meditation that will address common discomforts of pregnancy and prepare you for birth. Ideal for women at all stages of pregnancy, birth choices, and levels of experience. Prenatal yoga is a great opportunity to build community with other moms and take intentional time to connect with your body and baby. This booking is for the adult only. There is no childcare provided at this time.
