This IAA course will focus on five levers for continuous improvement. This session will provide you with a framework for how you apply an innovator's perspective across the following levers: People, Places, Processes, Products, and Time in your building. Through a deep analysis of how to optimize the assets you already have, you will leave this course with protocols to implement in your own school and professional learning that will encourage educators to approach all resources from an entrepreneur's perspective-applying a build-measure-learn mindset. This course will provide you with experiences that will encourage you to dig deeper into the resources that can support the development of growth in your school or network. This course will be led exclusively by the ThinkCERCA Team.

Microsoft’s offices are accessible by the Randolph/Wabash CTA stop. (Red, Pink, Blue, Green, and Orange Lines). Parking is available at the Aon Center for $16 before 9:30a.m.
