Over the course of 6 Clinics, Abilities Recovery Center will offer specialized exercise programming that can be tailored to you!

Inspired by ARC, we are challenging you to Move, Feel, Function, and THRIVE.

Over the course of 6 weeks, the Abilities Recovery Center in conjunction with Angel City Sports will offer specialized exercise programming that can be tailored to you! This amazing opportunity features expert instruction that draws inspiration from cross training, obstacle course training and strength training techniques adapted to your unique abilities. The Abilities Recovery Center has a highly qualified expert team with breakthrough fitness programming and cutting edge equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. At the end of the 6 week, this Fitness Alliance will culminate in the Competition Day to see how far you’ve come since day one!

All ability and skill levels are welcome! To ensure the safety of the athletes, this event is ages 14+.
