PLEASE RSVP for the event, space will be capped. While this is a Mid Level class, open to people of all shapes and sizes. No experience necessary. Beginner class starts at 6:30 for the first 30 minutes, then transitions into the Mid level class at 7pm till 8pm. Basic Acroyoga exposure and experience preferred. Please bring water, a yoga matt, and a can do attitude! Arrive 10 minutes prior to class to properly warm-up before class begins. Learn the foundation principles necessary to play acroyoga in a safe and fun environment! Gain strength and flexibility while working through physical, emotional, and mental blocks. AcroYoga is a practice founded in the concepts of trust, support, and communication. Learn to "fly" on top of a "base" holding yoga and acrobatic postures atop your partner. Classes are $15 for a single class, and discounted rates are offered dedicated students wishing to attend regularly and purchase class-packages. Once a student gains competency in our basic-skill flow, they may be invited to attend out intermediate classes. These classes are not open to the public. 5 months of dedicated practice is typical for first time students to gain competency in our basic-skill flow. Class Instructor: Lance Holmes. **Lance discovered AcroYoga in 2014. Opening a doorway into a world of fun, connection and playfulness, he fell in love with the practice and became self confessed acro junky. Since then, he has trained with many incredibly talented acrobats and AcroYogis from all over the country. Lance has a background in tumbling and coaching as well as being a certified yoga instructor. Lance teaches, at festivals and is the co-organizers of the Tri-County Acro Fest in South Florida. Specializing in whips, pops and whip-pops. With his movement background Lance specialize in analyzing and breaking down technical aspects of skills, and communicating these progressions in order to help their students achieve success.
