Join AATG-MN on May 20, 2018 from 12-2:30pm at the University of St. Thomas' Anderson Student Center for a celebration, awards, delicious food, and fellowship. All students, who took the National German Exam (NGE) are invited to join us; those placing into the 70th percentile will receive a complimentary ticket.
In 2018, 578 Minnesota high school students (up by 93 over 2017) took the annual National German Exam in levels II, III, and IV. Nationwide, 20,494 students from nearly 700 schools took the NGE. On May 20th, awards will be given to all Minnesota German students scoring into the 70th percentile in the NGE. During this banquet, we will also announce the 2018 AATG NGE/PAD winner, recognize the Minnesota German Teacher of the Year, and award the first ever Minnesota Under Graduate German Student of the Year certificate.
We are excited to welcome Naya Tadavarthy, a 2017 NGE/PAD Award I Winner from St. Paul Academy, back. Naya will present on her recent summer travels to Germany.
