AARP Tax Aide

Description:INCOME TAX ASSISTANCEAs a service to our users, the
library will again provide copies of selected Federal and New York State
tax forms as well as a set of reproducible forms. Forms will be
available at the end of January.Taxpayers with
low or moderate income can receive free assistance with preparation of
their personal income tax returns. Specially trained volunteers through
the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) provide this service.
SOME ITEMS YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU:Last
year’s tax return(s), W-2 form(s), Social Security cards or other
official documentation for yourself and every individual on your return,
