Our High-Tech Anthropologists® study target end-users in their own work environment in order to design software that best meets users’ goals.
This 90 minute experience gives you a taste of Menlo’s High-Tech Anthropology® process. Participants will get a glimpse of the benefits of observing the end-user, assessing designs with the end-user, and the creation of work flows and other visual outputs to capture and distill information. These steps build the foundation of user-friendly designs tailored to our target personas.
