Blini with crème fraiche and caviar | Caramelized onion tarts 

First:

Smorgasbord of pickled herring, shrimp, salmon, egg, Framani ham and prosciutto, housemade ricotta, Cypress Grove goat cheese, cucumber salad, beet salad, radishes, and rye bread crostini - Squid Ink Y&Y Vodka Martini
