Join us for the 9th annual Women & Leadership Workshop!

Women are underrepresented in leadership positions, and recent data suggest that women earned 83% of what men earned. The goal of the conference is to empower women with the skills to acknowledge, and embrace their worth! Learn evidence-based, effective skills for negotiation, as well as strategies for fostering and building strong, supportive mentoring relationships. The conference is designed for 7C college students and alumni at all stages in their professional development.

Check in is at 11:15 for the conference. Details to follow.

Lunch Keynote (11:45 - 1:45 p.m.) at the Athenaeum -  Archana Sahgal, JD '99

Archana Sahgal is a former Obama White House official and CMC alumna. She works at the intersection of politics and movement building to create social change. Sahgal’s network has helped her navigate the opportunities and challenges along the way. She will deliver the 2018 Women and Leadership Workshop keynote.

Afternoon Workshop Panels

Workshops to follow the lunch discussion will be held in McKenna Auditorium and will include sessions on Networking & Negotiation. Each session will include a presentation, followed by real-world practice opportunities between alumnae and students. The workshops will conclude by 4:30pm.
