Dear Ones,
I’m delighted to add this new class to my Acupuncture Practice Wellness Offerings. This is my all-time favorite short and sweet Internal Cultivation Practice: The Inner Smile.

WHAT:
Inner Smile ~ Internal Cultivation Practice:
In this class we bathe our senses and nourish our inner being with the power of our kind, compassionate, and loving presence, attention and smiling action.

Even if you already know this practice, it is a joy to practice with other- join us : )!

This practice is done seated, fantastic to be done right before bed to enhance sleep, cultivates mental focus, brightness and steadiness through all things, as well as internal organ harmony.

SET-UP: Have a comfortable chair or meditation space where you can sit upright.

WHEN: Wednesdays ~ 9:00 PM Pacific Time (Los Angeles Time)
