90s Cardio Fitness - Culver City

Weekends were made for fun! You've worked for everyone else Mon-Fri now its time to DO YOU. Come shake it like a Polaroid picture with LA's flyest pack of party people. No clock in, no rules, we just come to dance!  The Saturday class is a fun challenge for dancers of all levels so you don't have to be a pro to get on the flo'.

Nothing in the world matters when the speakers are bumping and the lights start flashing so leave all your worries at the door. We come together to enjoy the music and movement that energizes our lives! NO judgement.    

Send in your song requests once you RSVP so we can throw or track on the playlist.    

PARKING on the corner in the Chick-Fil-A/ Kaiser parking or find street parking. Read signs if parking on Teale St.

-- A Few Tips --

Be sure to eat a hearty snack that will keep you energized throughout class.

You'll want to have a water that has a sport top to grab and sip easily.

Worried about what to wear? Come comfortable with shoes that have a flexible sole and clothes made with breathable/QuickDry fabrics.

Living your best life tends to make your forehead drip so you may want to bring a small towel.

Have bad knees? An aching back? Get to class at least 5 minutes early to allow time to address these concerns before the music starts pumping so we can provide you with modified movements that will apply less pressure on your bad joints.

Remember to properly re-hydrate. If you wake up feeling sore, take some time during your day to stretch so you're ready to get back out on the dance floor.
