Our 8th Annual Fun with Fermentation Festival will be held on Saturday, January 14th from 11am to 4pm at the Lane Community College's Downtown Campus on 101 W 10th Avenue, in Eugene Oregon.

This is a one day festival devoted to the education of fermentation and other forms of food preservation. Not only is this the WVSFA’s biggest fundraising event of the year, but it is also a canned food drive for Food For Lane County, and a raffle whose proceeds will benefit an educational scholarship focused on food in the Northwest.

Entry: Suggested Donation of $5 with 2 cans of food, $10 without food. Kids 12 & under get in free.

Main areas of the event include:
• Complementary Samples from vendors tabling at the event
• Complementary Fermentation Demonstrations
Fermentation Based Meals
• Raffle
• Kid Zone

We are so exciting to be sharing this day with you and we look forwarding to seeing you there!
