Each spring visitors are welcomed to more than 250 of Virginia's most beautiful gardens, homes and historic landmarks during "America's Largest Open House." This 8-day statewide event provides visitors a unique opportunity to see unforgettable gardens at the peak of Virginia's springtime color, as well as beautiful homes sparkling with over 2,000 fabulous flower arrangements created by Garden Club of Virginia members.

Tour proceeds fund the restoration and preservation of Virginia's historic gardens. To view the almost fifty properties that have benefitted from Historic Garden Week tour proceeds click here.

**Ticket(s) are emailed to you as a PDF attachment from Eventbrite.com. Please PRINT and bring your ticket(s) to the Tour Headquarters or event entrance. Tickets are attached as PDFs and need to be downloaded and printed. Tickets will not be mailed via postal service as they are attached to this confirmation e-mail.

If you ordered a Historic Garden Week in Virgina Guidebook, it will be mailed to the shipping address you provided.

No pets. No smoking. Tours occur rain or shine. No Refunds. 

*The fee is a convenience fee charged to cover credit card processing costs and Eventbrite's services which allow us to offer online ticket sales. This insures that 100% of proceeds benefit the restoration and preservation of Virginia's historic gardens.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Each tour has different transportation and parking options. Visit vagardenweek.org, click on Tour Schedule and click on the tour you are attending for a description of the tour and other information. Or pick a copy of the guidebook (offered for free around the state at local businesses, visitor centers, and AAA's), read the guidebook online here for detailed information about each tour, order a guidebook above at the top of the ticket options, or send a $10 check (shipping and handling) for your own copy to:

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can print off your ticket that is e-mailed to the e-mail you provided OR you can present your ticket on your smartphone. If there is a Tour Headquarters for the tour you are attending, please print your ticket and/or show that on your smartphone at the Tour Headquarters.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds. This event is rain or shine. 

 

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes, that is okay. As long as there is a ticket for each attendee.
