The Chakras provide a deep understanding of our inner and outer worlds, but more importantly- they grant us access to new possibilities.

Each of these centers provide immeasurable insights into our lives and our psychology. Our outer world is a direct reflection of our inner world and as such, introspection can be quite rewarding as well as, transforming. Once we align with truth perceptions and access the energy that already resides in us..poof..immense shifting begins to take place.

As souls having a human experience, we are meant to use these energetic resources of nature's elements and supreme consciousness in order to grow and fulfill our assignments in this life.

Each chakra has secrets to share and with ancient tools and wisdom, we can access this energy to support our balance, clear blocks, but most significantly we can access truth perception and liberate patterns left behind from old wounds of this life and in other lives.

It is said that our Chakras are our gateway into the source of creation. As students of spiritual practice, it is a journey worth reveling in. Your inner world, as a gateway into your truth and divinity? This is quite a common concept. The Chakras provide a roadmap for us to understand and support our physical and energetic bodies. This course is an opportunity to learn the basic and deeper Vedic principles of the energy fields of energy that reside in each of us.

This is a course on self awareness, self healing, self love, self care and self empowerment on many levels. But most importantly, it is a course on how to shift into a reality that supports our TRUTH PERCEPTIONS.

We will have weekly homework assignments, we will learn what our outer world is reflecting to us about our inner world and we will address common mistakes we made when “clearing."

Understanding the mind and body connection and our infinite potential is a lifelong process that requires self- compassion, patience, and practice. My intention is to provide a nurturing, uplifting yet creative space so for deeply awakening experience together.

We will have a “Private Facebook Group” to support our journey and intentions as we enhance, nurture and empower each center week by week.

We will have fun with our five senses and address ways that we can stimulate harmony in each chakra. There has never been a more fertile time in the history of our planet earth to stand true to our power!
