    The 5 Levels of Leadership is a New York times best seller by Dr. John Maxwell which forms the basis of this training that will help you strategize how to go to the next level of leadership and beyond by taking stock of where you are and where you want to go.  We provide you with necessary information that will help you plan your success where you are as a leader and prepare you to move to the next level.   We will use the 5 Levels of Leadership by Dr. John Maxwell as our outline but will add current research and thought on how to prepare yourself to move up the rungs of leadership systematically.
