4th Annual CVMG Health Fair

Cucamonga Valley Medical Group will host its fourth annual "Community Health Fair" from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Tamarind Park in Fontana.

CVMG is dedicated to promoting the health and wellness of families in our community, and the Health Fair is just one way to accomplish this goal.

We will be providing free flu shots for the first 100 people!

Free access to: Medical Services, Dental Kits, Veterans Services, Food Vendors.
