357 Long Run Saturday's with DC Run Crew

What:
Join the best crew in the city for our 357 Long runs. These events take place every other Saturday. Whether you are running your first 5k ever or your millionth 7+ mile run, make sure you do it with a crew.
Event Location:
Pace Groups:
- Pace-it-Easy 5K (10+ min Pace)
- Pace-it-Easy 5 Miles (10+ min Pace)
- Intermediate 5 Miles (8:00-10:00min+ Pace)
- Intermediate 7+ Miles (8:00-10:00min+ Pace)
- Advanced 7+ Miles (7:00-8:00min+ Pace)
Cost: Free
However, we do ask that if you don't hold an active DC Run Crew membership that you donate $5 to each run. The money goes toward ensuring we can provide hydration and fuel for your runs.
