300 hour yoga teacher training

This 300 hour training will cover:

Yoga postures and meditation

Therapeutic techniques

Gita and Sutra philosophy

Relaxation, restorative and Self-care

Positive psychology

Pranayama, mindfulness and meditation

Advanced teaching, cueing, anatomy,” and subtle body

The[masked] month long training will be held at the beautiful:

Sterling Yoga & Wellness Center
Located inside The Davis Professional Building at:
393 Vanadium Road Suite 201
Pittsburgh, PA 15243

Training Days are usually on a Saturday and Sunday, 9:00am to 5pm, with a few additional days

Pricing includes the cost of the Thursday through Sunday retreat in August (room & board) and a manual
(doesn’t include price of books):

$3,550 early bird price (ends January 1, 2020) cash or check;
$3,700 full price paid in full on first day of training, cash or check only
Payment plan: $325 per month for 12 months (monthly auto charge, credit card)
